Capitalized words have meanings as defined below. These definitions apply whether they appear in singular or plural.

Definitions

Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party.
Country refers to: India (laws of Kerala jurisdiction).
Company (referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) refers to MALAYALEE FESTIVAL FEDERATION, 525/F UPPADA, CHEMBANKOLLY, Chungathara, Malappuram, Kerala, 679334.
Device means any device that can access the Service (computer, mobile, tablet).
Service refers to the Website https://globalmalayaleefestival.com/
Terms and Conditions (also referred as “Terms”) mean this Agreement.
User Data means any information You provide, including during registration, purchases, or via cookies.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company/legal entity on whose behalf the Service is accessed.

By accessing the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms and Our Privacy Policy. If You do not agree, You must stop using the Service.

You confirm You are at least 18 years old. Minors may use the Service only under parental/guardian supervision.
You confirm that all data provided is accurate and lawful.

We collect and process personal data in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, GDPR (EU), and CCPA (US).
By using the Service, You consent to the use of cookies for essential functions, analytics, and personalization.

Purchases may include goods, event tickets, or digital services.
Payments are accepted via approved payment gateways (Razorpay, PayPal, Stripe, Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, etc.).
You authorize Us and the payment processor to charge Your selected payment method.
We comply with RBI regulations for digital transactions and PCI-DSS security standards for processing card payments.
All payments are processed securely. The Company does not store full card or UPI details.

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Please refer to it for details.

All content, logos, text, images, event material, and trademarks belong exclusively to the Company unless otherwise noted.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited under Indian Copyright Act and international IP laws.

You agree not to:

Engage in fraud, hacking, spamming, or unauthorized access.
Violate applicable local, national, or international laws (including IT Act 2000, GDPR, CCPA).
Upload harmful or defamatory content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service, or INR 10,000 / USD 100 (whichever is lower).

India: IT Act 2000, Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules 2020.
EU: GDPR (data rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection).
US: CCPA (California residents may request data disclosure/deletion).
Global: We comply with SOPA/PIPA-like copyright protections and follow cookie/banner notice requirements.

First, disputes should be resolved amicably by contacting Us.
If unresolved, disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means You accept the revised Terms.
